3-MONTH LEADERSHIP COURSE

LEADERSHIP TRAINING PROGRAM

Designed for those ready to grow deeper, the Leadership Training Program combines mentorship, community, and practical leadership experience to help participants develop confidence, maturity, and purpose-driven leadership skills.

Summer Challenge

Summer Challenge is a short-term program in Hawaii designed to help young people grow in faith, build meaningful community, and serve through outreach and hands-on experiences. Participants step out of their normal routine into a season of adventure, growth, and purpose.

Service Team

Service Team is a hands-on program where participants support the daily operations and mission of Surfing the Nations while growing through community, service, and practical responsibility.
